It’s time for strong leadership and new ideas in the State Legislature. Meet Clarke Tucker. Clarke is a strong leader we need working on the challenges we face. Public service has been a major part of Clarke’s life and heritage. He’s heavily involved in our community, working with non-profits and charities to make Little Rock a better place for our families.

Clarke grew up in the district and was educated in our public schools. In high school, Clarke served as Central High Student Body President. While in college, Clarke served as the student president of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Institute of Politics. Clarke came back home after college, getting his law degree at the University of Arkansas and serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Arkansas Law Review.

Clarke is an attorney, recently recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Business Litigation. Clarke advises and represents many individuals and small businesses as well as some of Arkansas’s largest companies. He and his wife Toni, a small business owner, are the proud parents of two very active children, Ellis and Mari Francis.
